Deep Window Sills & Plenty of Insulation

This home has come a long way! Here’s a couple pictures of the bathroom. I put the two of them together so that you could get an idea of how the room is shaped. As you can see, the window sills are deep, allowing for a lot of insulation in the walls. Both the floor and the bath are waiting to get tiled.

New electrical wiring is being installed throughout the house



The upstairs is getting redesigned to feature a larger bathroom and a new laundry room. You can see the new bathtub in the background (it hasn’t been installed yet).

Letting Light into the Kitchen

This home is getting an entirely new kitchen—from top to bottom. Before it is installed, however, the walls are getting insulated and a hidden window is being exposed. Previously, the window had been covered up, limiting the amount of fresh light that trickled into the room. A picture of the new kitchen will be posted once it has been installed!

No More Dropped Ceiling!


Like the other house in Bethlehem, this home is getting an extensive renovation. As an example, the kitchen had a dropped ceiling which made the room feel much smaller than it actually was. Here’s a picture of the panels on their way out…
